How can I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a full refund, subject to the following terms:
- Return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached.
- Items must be returned with their packing slip. If a packing slip is not available, please include your order number on a note in your return package.
When will my order ship?
- All orders with Ground (Economy) Shipping are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- Expedited orders placed before 11:00 AM PT or (2:00 PM ET) from Tuesday - Thursday will be shipped the same day.
After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with the tracking information when your order has shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the standard order processing and shipping times. Please account for non-business days when selecting your desired shipping method.
When will I be refunded?
Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our facility. Once your return is processed, you will be advised if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be notified and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
