Promotional Sale Terms

Items discounted or marked as sale are not eligible for free returns.

• Sale items are indicated as sale on the product page with the highlighted "SALE" text.
• Please note, a $6.99 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

Final Sale Terms

Unfortunately, items marked as final sale are final and are not eligible for returns.

• Final sale items are discounted at 20% or more or are indicated as final sale on the product page with the highlighted "FINAL SALE" text. This does not include merchandise that is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description.
• Any return of a final sale item will not be issued any form of credit - refund, store credit, or exchange.
• Defected items on final sale must be claimed for exchange within 7 days of receiving. The exchange will be the same item, color and size as the original order.
• In the event you return a final sale item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our terms & conditions. After our email is sent, failure to communicate with us within 2 business days to coordinate your return shipment will result in forfeit of item without any form of credit.

Promotional Items Availability and Limitations

Promotional items are subject to availability and may be limited to certain quantities or eligible orders. Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Marsy may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Marsy reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Moreover, there may be occasions when Marsy confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event that we cannot supply a product you ordered, Marsy will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Pricing & Price Reductions/Corrections

Marsy reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on Marsy store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
